Anthony Aquino, President
Anthony is the President of Spectra Products,
LLC. Prior to joining Spectra in 2006, he ran numerous
businesses for Citigroup in the Citibank, N.A. retail
division and Citicorp Credit Services, Inc (CCSI / Citi
Cards). While at Citibank, he ran one of the bank's 20
largest branches in North America and earned his NASD Series
7 and 24 licenses and his New York Life and Health Insurance
license. While at CCSI, he managed over $20MM in net income
for the instatement channel and over $50MM in spend for the
outbound telemarketing channel. Anthony is a veteran of
several combat, peacekeeping, and humanitarian missions and
a graduate of many Army courses including Airborne and
Ranger school. He still serves as a lieutenant colonel in
the U.S. Army Reserve. He earned his BBA in Accountancy
early and with honors from the University of Notre Dame and
is a member of the Beta Alpha Psi honors fraternity. He
lives in Potomac, MD with his wife Donna, a family violence
prosecutor, and their four children, Thomas, Lillian,
Katherine, and Olivia. He enjoys outdoor sports and has
completed numerous ultra marathons and multi-day adventure
races.
Tad Cline, CPA, Chief Financial
Officer
Tad returned in 2006 as the CFO of Spectra Products, LLC.
After serving as Controller from 1994 to 2000, he joined the
Business Controls and Internal Audit staff of IBM working
primarily in the company’s Systems and Technology Group. Tad
spent four years in public accounting with the regional CPA
firm of Piaker & Lyons where he led major audit engagements
for them. Tad earned his BS in Accounting from the School of
Management at the State University of New York at
Binghamton. He earned the prestigious Certified Public
Accountant designation in 1991 and is a Vestal, NY native.
His hobbies include wine tasting, reading, and spending time
with his nieces and nephews.
Melissa Storti-Streno, Vice
President
Melissa is the Vice President of Client Services
(Advertisers). She has multitude of advertising and
marketing experience including focusing on radio marketing
and production with Equinox Broadcasting and working for
Gotham, Inc., a division of IPG, concentrating on several
marquee clients including Maybelline, Pfizer and Empire. In
2002, Melissa returned to the Binghamton area and was
quickly snapped up by Spectra Products, LLC. She worked her
way through a number of positions and managed a variety of
statement issuing and advertising clients. She has also done
extensive new business development work for Spectra. She was
educated at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY and
lives in Binghamton, NY with her husband Chris and their
three children Corey, Theo, and Christopher. She can name
every New York State Riesling from memory and likes to
indulge in the guilty pleasure of reality TV.
Julie Thompson, Vice President
Julie is the Vice President of Client Services (Issuers).
She has been with Spectra since 1997 after earning a degree
in Marketing from the State University of New York in Broome
County. She has managed many of Spectra’s largest clients
and currently leads the Issuer Team. She possesses a unique
technical knowledge of the instatement channel that only
many years of 'hands on' experience can teach. Julie lives
in Syracuse with her husband Doug and their son Brady.
